I bought this Journal at a bookstore over a year ago. Its purpose was to write down greats ideas I had so that I could work with them later and not forget. The problem is that I never had it on me when I had the ideas and I kept forgetting my ideas minutes after they happened. So yesterday I decided I will use it to record anything that comes to my mind. The first few entries are descriptions of myself that I want to present to my Dr... but keep forgetting about.
Today I went to my senior seminar class... a requirement to finish my BS in mathematics. It runs from 1 pm to 2:15... and I wrote down most of the random things that come to my brain when I am in class... everything that takes my attention off what's being discussed. Most entries are meaningless garbage.. only making sense to myself. Some I didn't write much because I kept trying to focus on the professor.

I stopped at 2:19.
I suppose that if anyone cares, they can ask me by what I meant by certain things in my list.
Most of these things that I wrote down started to put me on a long chain of tangents... most of which I didn't write down. I think in total, I payed attention for 10 minutes out of 75 minutes of class time because of these tangents.
Does anyone else do this (keep a journal of your distractions and random thoughts)? If so, please share! I'm interested.
