I had a message this week from the clinic that I've been referred to a psychologist for next week by my GP. I would like to be thrilled and start doing the happy dance. But I don't want to get my hopes up and go away all grouchy again.

Solution -- maybe I'll go do the happy dance in a closet somewhere...
