I was always told one of the oldest sayings in the book, "Can't never could." It's embarrassing to start a new job, asking a million questions that make the person ****ed off at you and hate you right from the beginning, but you only want to do your job properly and to the best of your ability, or you can't remember long lists given to you verbally, or you forget to do something. Then they start pouncing on you for little mistakes and time management skills and inattention to details, and start to make little jabs about your intelligence, even when you know they are a ****ing retard and you are flying circles around their small detailed oriented mind with your global big picture oriented right brained mind... so you try hard to be respectful to said assmunch when his pouncing becomes more bold and more disrespectful, then you start using your wit to make much better insults to him. Culminating in an action similar to this one: He asks for a nail and you give it to him lodged between your outstretched middle finger and ring finger. Then he replaces you. Then you got to tell everyone that knows you that you are off another job... I guess now that shouldn't bother me, they are used to me "not sticking to anything". Guest1 01-22-08, 12:05 AM is hard to deal with that but you can get over it like i have with many jobs i had beforeYee, tru dat. Teedrum 01-22-08, 03:51 AM i would ask more open ended questions (how do you, what's stopping you, when has this happened before - question that need more than a 1 word answer) to try and find out why (without saying why) they aren't even willing to try...if that person can actnolege why they don't wanna do it you can work on the problem....but they have to tell you what the problem is first Asylum 01-23-08, 07:33 AM I wouln't tell anyone what to do with thier life. I don't have that right, plus i can barely get mine organised. |
