k so i'm getting depressed cos i wake uo ever morn and binge then have my meds
big binge at nightso i am house bound for the whole day cos i cant bare anyone to see me after ive binged
not gaining much at allbut real depressed and suggestions ive gotta stop in its graging me down furthur everyday i have left the house muich at all and i only shower if i have to leave here please help me

could it be the reduced hunger ruins your system so u end up binging
