Are there any symptoms that are unique to ADD in the way they manifest themselves?

E.g. Is the type of inattention in ADD unique?

Attention fading in and out, or zoning out.
Lack of stimulation.
Distracted by something more stimulating.
Distracted by your thoughts, random or triggered.
Anytime, not just when depressed, stressed, tired, under the influence of drink or drugs.
Can at times concentrate/pay attention very well, especially when interested and during hyperfocus.

Off of the top of my head I would say a lack of concern about the future not based on mood.

Wow Scuro! For some reason I can't remember ever hearing that about ADHD, BUT - that's ME to a "T" (or is it "Tee"?).
