My son is having trouble sleeping at night. Hes been on metadate for 2 years now and now hes having trouble going to sleep. When he goes to bed his mind just wonders and wonders, and he cant sleep. He says hes scared and cant fall asleep. I dont know what to do. Could it be the meds? Hes 11 years old. Thanks for any help!

I would think that unless his dosage was increased, the sleep troubles wouldn't be related to the metadate since he's was fine for 2 years before. (unless I'm reading that wrong).
I'm on metadate CD and havn't had any trouble with not being able to sleep.
