Jury duty has ending....case was settled without the jury... I hate to say this after all my complaining about it,I'm kinda disapointed.

The case was about a man who claims to have some brain damage due to an accident. The other side showed evidence he had a mood disorder and other problems before the accident...
It was to be decided if the symptoms he complained about were due to depression, ADD and other mood disorder symptoms he had or where they from brain damage he claimed he got in the accident from wipe lash....

It was very interesting and a suject I know something about. :D

Sounds like a good case. Do not ever worry about posting to much on 1 topic. The idea is for us all to listen. If tired of the topic we won't reply. I know I have gone on and on about my wife and I will continue to until you all tell me to stop. Anyway don't feel bad about posting tabout the some stuff.
