How do I recruit new members to the forums? I know silly question....

I usually mention the ADD forums in the room and tell them how helpful it is and if they seem interested..I give them the link...works sometimes;)

Either do that or just in general Conversation with someone dealing with ADD or another person with a mental disorder.
