I take 5MG dex/3 times a day, towards the end of my dose ( 4 hours usually )it appears that i feel the most "Un-add". By that i mean calm, have the most self control, (although i do feel crappy physically)

could this be a signal that i need to reduce my dosage further?

any one else taking like 1.5MG 3x a day? or is that too little?

( i have taken 2.5, it had a similar result to 5 MG)

You're gonna hate my answer, but... your question sounds like a good one to discuss with your physician.

I found taking a larger first dose + lower 2nd/3rd doses helped this alot.

I currently take 10,5,5 for example. Talk to your doctor if you want to change your dose.

The only problem with a larger first dose i've had is I get sleepy if i miss my second dose.
