Maybe we can add a "I Support You" button. So many of the posts I read I want to show support for the person. It seems a lot of us end up posting a brief "Hey, we're here for you" kind of post.

I don't want to "automate" showing support but I do think people might not realize how many people read their posts and support them and are there for them.

I don't know that it would necessarily be a bad thing to add an element of "automation" to such a gesture...indeed, such a simplification may even promote more such gestures while still permitting people who wish to write such sentiments free to do so.
