Thanks so much for being here and posting, all. For being so honest, and gracious, and giving me a place to come and feel at rest with myself despite whatever happens.

I've had to accept this diagnosis and going on meds/going off my 5 HTP and have just felt like crap. Posting and reading these posts has helped me so much -- even at work, when my brain is wanting to crash, I think about y'all and it calms me down -- to know I'm not struggling with this alone.

I'm a firm believer in the therapy of kindness towards others, esp. with this illness that can make us self-absorbed because we are trying to just get by. So again, thanks.

Keep us posted amiegrace, you are a valuable member here and I am sure that you are providing encouragement just by posting about your decision to act responsibly in regards to your treatment.

It's encouragement to me because I have been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder since I was a child and at 27 it is hard for me to be responsible when it comes to medication compliance.

Keep up the good work.

Glad you are finding the support you need here. I always have....this is a great group of people here. Don't forget that your stories, are valuable to us as well.

I hope this comes out right, but seeing you "grow" and succeed in your struggles early on , helps remind me how far I have come from the early days when I was struggling to just hang on myself. It reminds me why it is so important to keep fighting everyday to keep it together, pop lose little pills of mine, and come here when I feel like giving up. Lending a hand, or taking one, helps me through my darkest hours, it's nice to be reminded of all the help I have gotten here, and that maybe in some small way I have helped someone along the way!

Thanks for sharing that. We hope you continue to find support and friendship here!

Hope :)
