I've been on Adderall XR for about a week now, and I'm still trying to decide if its helping me, as well as trying to confirm that I even have ADD. Here's whats confusing me:
-Adderall makes me kind of jittery (comes and goes) like a Starbucks coffee would (except it last all day). They say that if someone w/o ADD took Adderall, they would get "wired."
-Supposedly the jitters will go away, but would they also go away for those non-ADD people mentioned above?
-Yes, I seem to get more done on it, but wouldn't everyone? Its like speed, isn't it? I've read many people actually get calmed by it, which allows them to focus better. Is this typically an immediate result, or after you've become used to it?
To top all this off, I was up to 30mg the other day and my blood pressure was about 120/100, where it is normally about 108/64.
Does anyone know if the heart rate/BP effects tend to settle down?
I know thats a lot of questions for one post, but any replies would be greatly appreciated!!
