I will go first. I was on 36 Mg of concerta. Do you think i should ask my doctor to be on 40 Mg of Adderal?

Q: Had a total loss of appetite from 8am-8pm when it began to wear off. XR 10mg. Would it be ok to eat a couple eggs before i take it tomorrow, so at least i'll have eaten something? Would a nutragrain bar be better?
