i was just given a prescription of adderall for 5mg 3x a day. i noticed somewhat of a difference brain definently defogged a bit but there was still some foggy left. also if i take it with any food at all it seems to have no affect (probably due to those fun stomach juices).

so i had a ton of work to do (2 lab reports and a test i hadn't studied for yet...or opened a book...or gone to class...completely normal but i need to start doing better then passing) and 5mg wasn't cutting it so i started taking 10mg and i think this is my magic dose i might want to try 15mg for one of my dosages to see how it goes but i have no urge to whatsoever.

i thought about calling him and asking if that was ok (i know it's the responsible thing to do) but i have an appt next week after all my stuff is done and if he has said lets talk about it at your next appt i would have felt like a horrible person (i think i was a knight in a past life or something) if i had tried a higher dose but i dont think i would have gotten all my work done without it. Also i realized how bogged down i was after his office closed. it's a really small dose and he had said with my body weight i'll probably be around 30mg so i knew it wasn't anywhere near dangerous and i have a very unaddictive personality with drugs because i've seen so many ppl go under.

do you think he would be really annoyed if i told him that? less trusting etc. i could just tell him that 5 wasn't really doing anything and he'd up me to 10 anyways but i hate lying :-/

i plan on telling him if overall you guys think that it's fine which i'm guessing is what you're gonna say i think i'm just being paranoid

im also proposing an option for the creator to be able to edit the titles of threads considering this one is stupid because i half edited the title then got distracted by something and forgot to finish fixing the title
