I notice a 'tingly' feeling across the top of my head ~ within an hour or so of taking my Adderall XR.

But after almost 2 years I find it hard to pinpoint when I've achieved the so called "peak plasma" concentration, usually just check my watch to see if it's been ~3 hours yet.

Curious to hear what 'indicators' everyone else gets.
