What are the dose equivalencies for the following drugs:

Adderall, Adderall XR, Vyvanse, and Dexedrine Spansules (extended release)


Also, what are the peak plasma concentrations for the same 4 drugs:

Adderall, Adderall XR, Vyvanse, and Dexedrine Spansules (extended release)
