Did you sleep as well? Did it wake you up? Was it a nap you accidentally took?

You mean like felt a wave of it hit me when I was trying to sleep? Yeah a few times... I wake up and badabeem badaboom I have insomnia, not pleasent. Just ment I needed to take it earlier. This is the case with XR but with Vyvanse strangely enough I've actually felt the medicine kick in and I feel like it's time for a nice nap but once I wake up from my naps and get going I am almost insomniatic.

At 30 mg I was waking up every night having a hard time getting back to sleep. On 15 of XR in the morning and 15 regular at night I haven't been having the problem much, if at all.

From my experiences taking a nap after an IR would be inconceivable (sp?), Time-released formulary is the only thing I've been able to nap with on Adderall and that's only been if i've done something such as eaten alot after taking a dose. For some odd reason Dexedrine and Vyvanse literally PUT me to sleep right after taking a dose but after that nap i'm up and on the go just like with adderall. One major difference is the fact dexedrine / vyvanse seem to reduce my long-term memory but adderall does not. In fact, if anything it's increased.

Oh good. So you were taking 30 all at once before, IR?

Yeah it wasn't a nap "on" IR persay for me, but right after taking it while it was still in my tummy I dosed off and then it set in and I woke up with my heart pounding.
