I was just thinking, this might not be a bad idea for some discussion in these areas.

We do have a public section already for co-existing and related conditions.

This I know, I just thought for certain things a private moderated area might be more comfortable for some. So, they would know only folks with moderator granted access to the group would be privy to what was said.

With OCD, in particular, some of the details can be quite embarrassing to discuss.

It sounds like a great idea but the public OCD section has not been active at all.
