Hey, I'm on Concerta but i guess for the most part a stimulant is a stimulant. I haven't used creatine in a while and now that I am taking stimulants i wanted to know if it is ok to take creatine while on them since i'm starting to go to the gym regularly again.

lol, no its true, i know that creatine isn't so great for the kidneys but im not sure if the combination of both the creatine and the stimulant would actually put even more pressure on the kidneys.

There shouldn't be any interference or problems.

Yeah, I think it's okay. I looked into this a bit and couldn't find any info but that caffein seemed to reduce creatine in the system. Otherwise I found nada. I don't use much, but it's in the CytoSport I drink.
