I just started taking 20 mg XR in the morning (replacing 10 mg IR twice a day) and have noticed that almost exactly four hours after I take it I get this nagging headache and feel kind of blah. Then, within 30-45 minutes I "feel" the next part of the dose kick in (almost like a tingly feeling in my head) and the headache goes away.

The XR is much better for me than the IR because I don't have to think about taking my meds so much throughout the day - I just want to be able to avoid that mid-dose lull. Does anyone have any ideas on how to cope with or fix this problem?
