so i just started on adderall and i don't know if i would consider the feeling im getting euphoric or not. im definitely happier when the meds are in affect.

what i'm curious about is if you got the euphoric feeling how long did it take you to stop feeling euphoric. im curious whether what im getting is some form of mild euphoria or if it's reducing mild depression i've could have had my whole life due to innatentive (which i def think i've had) and i'm not perpetually mildly depressed anymore.

so like after how many weeks did it go away for you? so i can get a timeline and i can keep an eye on it.

If you are finding extreme joy in the things you can now do that you couldn't before, it's not euphoria in the clinical sense.

When you get used to your new abilities, you will adjust and this extremely happy feeling will subside.

Of course, amphetamines were used for depression.
