Do you think it's better to go through my primary care physician or go through my eap program to get a diagnosis and treatment. I'm kinda confused, because I already made my appointment with my primary, but I would love to cancel it if it's better to go through eap. I already owe my primary plenty of money.

I can't speak what's best for you. I went through EAP for the counseling sessions and the primary care physician for the anti-depressant meds. This has worked for me.
