Do you ever feel like your meds make you try to hard?

Hey Fraz!
Noooooooo.
Although I haven't responded to my meds with the intensity I had hoped for, they have cleared away some of the "fuzzyness" and sensory overload in my brain. I now find that I don't have to try SO HARD to accomplish the simple daily tasks in my life. Before this month it was such a constant tug-of-war trying to stay on task. This slight improvement has given me a lot of releif. My brain and emotions aren't so EXHAUSTED at the end of the day anymore. Most importantly, my family has noticed a difference because I don't feel so incompetent.

Haven't found that yet, I focus on what they make easier. Probably saves my sanity.

Nope. Don't really feel I need meds for anything, either. They're just there as a nice back-up and safety net.

Although sometimes I find it hard to program dull/mundane things without them.

I guess you could count "arguing on the internet" (and in real life to a lesser extent) as trying too hard. Meds make me do that more, as I get caught up in issues and focus on them excessively.

fraz..i kinda try to hard. Or maybe its just my personality. Ive always been kinda try-hardish or maybe determined is a better way to put it.
just think tho its better to try to hard than not to try at all ay

I try hard with or without meds, I'm just a little more productive with the meds. This late at night ther really aren't any meds coming to bear on things.:p

I try hard all the time
The meds just make it easier to focus on that and to make me go into overfocus

Like today in maths, I was speeding through all these entry level papers of work, my teacher said that she couldnt keep up with me! I was just trying so so hard and I always seem to be in a rush. Obviously I had made some careless mistakes :p

The meds help me focus better.
I dont know though.
