Hey guys, nice to see a place where I can get first hand knowledge from other people experiencing the same issues.
I am 27 and was diagnosed of Adult ADHD a year ago. I am taking Focalin XR 20 mg once a day and it worked wonders for me.
Issue #1
Now the issue here is that I think its not working the same way as it used to. I still feel a huge difference when I take it but not as drastic as before. My MD prescribed Adderall XR instead but I wasn't sure about it and wanted to get some first hand opinion.

I still experience a short term memory loss. I forget small day to day chores, names, details...etc

Along with Focalin I take prozac 20 mg for my depression and OCD and now more than ever I am having problems sleeping. I have been taking Prozac off an on for about 5 years and it was never this bad.
