I was diagnosed with OCD when I was 16, again at 18 and again at 21. So that diagnosis is fairly... solid.
However I've been doing more reading around the subject and fall into more criteria (now) for adult ADHD than for OCD.
How would I go about getting diagnosed with ADHD? Do I see the doctor? Do I need to see somebody independently?
I am at University and so any assistance I could force out of the student support people would be amazingly useful. >.< I get nothing for my dyscalculia or OCD.
