I just think it's weird that I don't.Like people notice things that I don't and I notice the weirdest things that they don't. A whole group could notice something and I wouldn't.

I'm a little bit better when I don't feel out of it, but I haven't not felt out of it in weeks. This is mostly because of anxiety and having to be in the dorms where something is constantly going on, and I feel like I need a lot of rest for some reason.

Yup. I do the same thing, especially at work. I get compliments for noticing things others miss, but every once in a while I fail to notice the obvious and get kindly teased. It's all about percentages.

O yea I get compliments sometimes too!! I feel like I'm always the one to figure things out when no one else can. Yet I can't figure out anything that everyone else can do :P

Yes, I feel it too. I think out of the box most of the time and notice things no one do. But I have a hard time getting in the box and seeing some obvious things...

Thinking outside the box is a really good thing though, not many people can do that :)

Yes, just like you I'll see things I can't even begin to describe usually the weird and bizzar. I also can spot a hurt, homeless, or wounded animal a mile away. Also unfortunatly every dead animal on the side of the road. I travelled to almost every state and Texas holds the record for road kill...Sigh.....so gross

I notice really weird stuff that rarely comes in handy but it does entertain the people i'm around. Like I will notice that there is the same book in three different stacks on one table that no one else has seen, but I WON'T notice that I should have gone to lunch 10 minutes ago or that there is a pack of rabid wolverines chasing me. Ya know, little stuff.

I frequently miss the obvious but I make up for it with all of the minute details I do perceive.

Yep I get told that a lot, regarding really obvious things that I miss.

But I remember that the old woman at the interview was wearing a purple top with a flowery shawl ^^;

haha mmm..I notice everything everyone is wearing. That's why I'm doing fashion design! If only I could remember what I noticed I liked about certain styles so I could use them for my designs :(.

Today my friend beeped at me 5 times, and I still didn't turn my head. I heard it, but it didn't really process in my mind that the beep was for me, so I didn't really look. I had never seen his car before and I couldn't really see him. He called me deaf :(
