How do you guys deal with the side effects of coming down from your adderall or dex? I am trying to avoid popping Tylenol PM's every evening. I don't feel vitamin C makes any difference either way. I was hoping the dex effects wouldn't be as bad as the adderall but I still have a lot of symptoms. Thanks!

I get pretty tired as it wears down, but only on some days. I'm kind of trying to wait it out. Try a b12 vitamin, phenylanine(something close to that spelling), or a candy bar. These are a few things i've heard that help with the crash for some people...

I've heard bananas help. They're a vitamin/nutrient cocktail.

Thank you David. So just a vitamin supplement? How much? Why do you think this helps? I take a multi everyday. I used to take it in the morning but now I take it at dinner so it doesn't interfere.

I take a liquid B vitamin complex (one syringe full, 1mg I think?) around the times it wheres off, night time/afternoon usually and 2 mg melatonin before sleep... I recently found that the B vitamins help me a lot with anxiety from adderall, although I know it doesn't do anything for others... everybody's different I suppose, might be worth a try though.

Also, time will help. I'm pretty sure after awhile the side effects should decrease more if not go away.

I also make sure I drink a LOT of water, as long as I do that I never get headaches from the adderall.
