Does it make a difference if i take the dosage all at once or split into 2 doses, i.e. morning and afternoon?

Do you guys feel a difference?

It made a difference for me. I am on 80mg now and for the first few days I was taking at once and made me very sleepy without any benefit. Then started taking it twice (40mg @7.30am and another 40mg around 3pm). I do not have any side effects and I get a consistent level of benefit prettty much from the morning until I go to bed (~11pm).

The bummer is you need two 40mg capsules per day and instead of one 80mg and that costs twice what you pay for 80mg capsule.

Australia's a great place. With the Government's PBS I obtain two months supply of 25mg AND 60mg tabs for just $60 AUD total.

I've been taking my 60mg at 8am then 25mg at midday but I've been considering switching, due to the fact that blood pressure is naturally highest in the morning, and I think this may be a causal link to my chest pains of late. Also I find that by evening I am losing the best of the effects. Thus as of tomorrow it's 25mg in the morn and 60mg midday, will report back as I'm expecting it may increase morning irritability.
