i noticed an interesting theme between ADDers and merc Rx, so i googled the two terms together and found a list somewhere of medical ailment indicators in a natal chart

ADD can actually be seen fairly strongly in my chart, and i'm not even diagnosed xD (and the interps, i've mostly just done on my own with side help of the internet)

chiron in gemini in the 1st house, indicates struggles with communications/thinking mostly shown in my actions and being, with mercury ruling gemini, i look to find mercury in my chart - it is retrograde, meaning that my thinking/communications aren't going "accordingly".

mercury is also in pisces, which can indicate a mind that goes in circles. x_x cazimi mercury (sun and merc almost exact) (actually its 19 minutes off instead of 17 but close enough) can intensify the mind and cloud it/outshine it just the same. cazimi merc also can explain extremely subjective thinking

also want to add that not ALL ADDers will have a merc rx and not all merc rx will have ADD, just quite a few from the ones i've seen. (add is roughly 5% of population, right? merc rx is somewhere between 15 and 20% of the population)

girl i grew up with has add, merc rx
myself, merc rx
my mother, also undiagnosed like myself (i swear she has it, but is too disinterested to RESEARCH IT >.<) merc rx
girl's chart i saw, who i dont know well, claims to be diagnosed ADD also has this

no one i know of with ADD doesn't have this, but that's only 5 people

i can do a runthrough of birthdates (dont need location/time to see mercury's retrograde status) of people here if anyone wants to see how reliable this is

i'm going to start a new thread about this mercury retrograde stuff, it'll be a cool experiment.
