View Full Version : Who here thinks it's past Sarey's bedtime?
Sandy4957 04-02-08, 10:30 PM Hello all. This is my first ever thread.
As some of you know, Sarey (cute kiddo with the kitty-and-tp avatar) had a rough night last night and I'm trying to convince her that it'd be a good idea for her to get a little sleep (I should talk, but do as I say, not as I do). Sarey also thinks maybe people don't care too much what happens to her. So I'm opening the thread....
Who here thinks that Sarey should go to sleep and try to get at least four hours of sleep? It's past 2:00 am where she is... Shall we have a show of hands from those who care, 'cause I know that there's a bunch of y'all out there?
SuzzanneX 04-02-08, 10:34 PM *raises hand*

FrazzleDazzle 04-02-08, 10:45 PM Eee gads, Sarey! I LIVE for sleep! I wish for you, sleep. The bod needs sleep to heal and rejuvenate. I care. :-)

ADDAWAY 04-02-08, 11:00 PM Its "pfrrrt pfrrrt Sandy" BTW, sarey, ... but you would know that if those muscles nearest the toilet paper were relaxed by SLEEP, rest, zzzzs ....
How's this? I'll run, jump and play toilet paper games with you after you go to sleep for a couple of hours ... and then we'll restock our stash, start a new game and make bigger piles ... not bADD, huh, pritiwitty kitty?!
P.S. I snore so we'll be up earlier than they know ... hehehehe :p

You go girl....to bed! ;)
i think i'm too late to raise my hand - as I have a suspicion that someone is already sleeping right now ;)
nighty night :)
Sandy4957 04-03-08, 12:57 AM Well, thanks anyway, R2D2. And Sarey, thanks for hittin' the hay, kiddo! ;)
Time for me to follow my own advice!!!:eek::eek::o:o:o
Wow, i'm super late on this thread but i've kept up with sarey's concerns and yes I agree sleep is essential -- so much more than people realize. * Raises hand*
I don't want to get all technical now, but basically, Sarey (if ur still up or read this in the morning), sleep effects every aspect of your life including your mood, ability to concentrate, spacyness, irratibitly, ability to cope with stress, mental and physical endurance, energy, reaction time... etc, and even how the body reacts to medications. Unbelieveable? Well its true. And by sleep i don't just mean amount of sleep, i also mean the quality of sleep, and the quality of sleep is in part related to the amount/quality of sleep of the previous night.
Life is all one huge inter-connected cycle, and sleep is the basis of everythign we as human can do. You may not even know it, but most of our everyday issues are a result, product, or precusor to ineffective or effective sleep.
So in that sense i raise my hand firmly up high. Go to sleep, stay asleep and plz try to start regular sleeping hours to create a managable circadian rhythm (internal biological clock). Do this and after some time results will be very significant. :)
ADDAWAY 04-03-08, 04:42 AM M'snoring woke me up again ... oh well, that steak will get me through the night now ... :o

Hey you know what, staying up until one is actually tired is awesome. I love falling asleep within two minutes because Im tired rather than lay awake bored out of my cacookoo, kind of like peeing, I only pee when all other options have been used up!
ADDAWAY 04-04-08, 09:45 AM When I have trouble falling asleep, I count the number of toilet paper sheets per second that the sarey kitty rolls off ... then I Zzzzzzzzzzz!
4gotAgain 04-04-08, 09:52 AM HAHAHAHAHHA
really?
great idea..do u go thru alot of toilet rolls?
Sarey, did u take our advice and actually go to bed at a reasonable time last night? :)
