Now that I know I have ADD what do I do now, it seems I'm more confused.

How is ADD impacting your quality of life, if any? Once you can answer that question, you can start looking at ways to improve things :)

Has you Dr. prescribed meds? You may want to also do counseling or see a coach. I would find out as much as I could about ADD. What do you want to do with your life? Find out what you want to change and what you can change. Learn to be an advocate for yourself. I am still working on all of these. It is a long journey. I would also look for a local ADD chapter on the internet. Diagnosis is just the first step. It is a great step, but then you have to go on from there. Hope that helps some. Good luck.
