I was recently put on Adderall XR, and my appetite has gone significantly down. Aside from the fact that my insurance company doesnt pay for Adderall XR, I was thinking of asking my doc to switch me to the Dexedrine Spanules since they might not effect my appetite as much.

Have any of you switched from Adderall to Dex, and if so, which messed up your hunger more?

As I type this I'm eating a loaf of sourdough bread.

I think they're about the same as far as appetite loss goes. However, I don't have to force feed myself as much as I did with Adderall. I still gag a little bit when facing a big meal, but I find it slightly easier to munch down on Dex.
