So it has been awhile since I last visited the site--overall I think it just means my meds have been doing its job and i'm being productive.

So in the last few months, I started running again and have been at it quite devoutely. Also, although the meds definitely contribute to less hunger, I have also been very consciencious of my daily diet--I have become a vegetarian (seafood, dairy, eggs still consumed) for the last 2 months, and have been choosing better meal options overall. both regiments have resulted in me losing 20lbs in the last 3 months. --and im not starving myself--just minding my caloric intake, opposed to eating pizza and fried foods all the time..

as for school, it is another matter. before taking meds, i had this notion that the meds would cure all my procastination--but i have found out, it does not. the meds definitely keep me focused on what i want to do--but that's the thing--it doesnt make me get up and do the things i NEED to do. but overall, i have been more productive. I guess my health has been a bigger motivation to stay focused on.

QUESTIONS:
but today, as im picking up my meds, two things happened at the pharmacy:

1-- i went to a different pharmacy and instead of recieving my usual 15mg mallin dex spansules at my other pharm, they gave me BARR. im not too concerned about trying a different gen, but instead of SPANSULES or EXTENDED RELEASE written on it, it said CRCAP BARR. anyone know what that is?
my 5mg IR from my other pharm was actually BARR, but from this new pharm, though it says BARR on it as well, both pills look different. anyone know anything about that?

2--while waiting for my meds at the new pharm, i used the free blood pressure machine. 20 lbs ago, my blood pressure had always been normal. but now as i check, 20lbs later, my blood pressure was in the extremely high levels. i checked it again 10 minutes later, and it drop to the medium/high level, but still--WHATS UP WITH THAT?? anyone know about this and how/if the dex has any affect on this?
with my new diet and exercise routine, i figured i would be the healthiest i have been in over 10 years! sigh...

and as for side effects:
i sleep like a cadaver, no anxiety-attacks (opposed to addrall), and my moods dont seem to be affected at all.
when i first started taking it a few months ago i noticed i would get these jittery feelings--like caffeine overload. but that has gone away--i think the running helped with that.
no other side effects i can think of--or that has bothered me enough to notice.

stay focused yall!

and my current RX: (been doing this for like 3 months now--i think...)
15mg spansules 1x day
5mg IR ---take if needed---i usually do 1x day or none at all.
