I am taking 60mg of Strattera and .50 Tenex (Generic Guanfacine) both late at night before bed. Seeing good results but miss some of the effects (motivation) from the Adderall 25XR combo with Guanfacine. Also more sexual side effects, constipation, gained about 12 pounds feel bloated but have slight more relaxed edge...If I could only have that relaxed edge on Adderall. My first doc said I could be 80% ADHD and 20% Bi-Polar. I got off Adderall since I was wired but at the same time I was on nicotine and dipped tobacco, which I have finally kicked the habit. Maybe Adderall would be different this time? Also considering low dosage of Ambilify as mood stabalizer or switching to Vyvanse. Also considered Topamax. Of course I need to see my Doc about all this - just researching symptoms on the net looking for the right balance? CAN YOU HELP ME ? ? ?
