I take Concerta 54 mg, sometimes a 10 mg Ritalin in the afternoon and Wellbutrin 150 SR. The concerta is not working anymore.
What is a comparable dose of Adderall, Dexedrine, Ritalin, Metadate, Focalin or any other ADHD medication? Did I miss any? These are the only ones I know of.
I used to take Cylert years ago and Stattera did NOTHING for me. Any ideas?

My son is on 54mg Concerta. Prior to that he was on 40mg of Ritalin SR and the dr said that was comparable.
54mg of Concerta is about equal to 30mg Adderall XR.
Regular methylphenidate meds (Ritalin, Concerta, Metadate) are about 1/2 as strong as amphetamine meds on a mg per mg basis.
Focalin (d-methlyphenidate) is about as strong as amphetamine on a mg per mg basis.

I actually just switched from Focalin XR to Concerta because the side effects were killing me. I was only on it for almost 2 weeks but I couldn't stand it. Haven't started the Concerta yet but I'm hoping it's more tolerable. People rave about the Focalin so I was really hoping it would work, but it did me no good at all.

Hi brew
When you start the Concerta just remember to be patient with it. When my son switched over the 1st couple of weeks were pretty rough until his body made the adjustment.
Once his body adjusted to it, it has worked wonders for him.
Good Luck :)
