Do you take Strattera in the morning or at night? Just wondering when the best time to take it is. What does everyone think?

I take mine in the morning (6:30), but it wears off by 2:30. I may start taking it later if it continues to end so soon.

I take mine in the morning, with breakfast to avoid any heartburn effects. I am still tinkering with the dose so it wears off after about 7 hours, need to get it longer than that.

I take mine in the morning, I do notice that when I have had to wait till the afternoon the channels are all over the place. Which kind of confused me because I thought Strattera built up in our system so that kind of thing wouldn't happen...

Maybe I am just not on it long enough yet. I started about 3 weeks ago. 1 week at 25mg, 1 week at 40mg and now I am at 60mg since last Friday.

The channels in my head. The only way I use to be able to describe how my ADHD was to other was by saying it was like I have a good number of channels, like those on the TV, in my head. But I do not have the remote control in my hand, someone else does.

I saw a post on these forums that said what I just said, but probably in a better way...

My foo with these things I like to call words is not always that strong.. :)

The poll needs the option "Both", and perhaps "other".

I take mine at night now, i did try morning and would want to go to sleep, now i take it at night about 10pm and it wakes me up but because i'm getting up with a two week old baby i am actually sleeping after i have sorted baby out!!

60mg at 7am.
60mg at 1-2 pm

It wears off around lunch and 8 pm.

Hence the reason I'm posting here instead of working on my report!

Hey guys, sorry to get off subject but I need some encouragement. I love my Strattera but the sexual side effects are concerning. I just finished my second week. 1st week 40 mg., second on 60 mg. and going to stay there for awhile. Does the "willie" ever return back to normal?

I really don't have any sexual side effects from Strattera and never really did. Maybe I did for the first day and didn't notice.
