My god this mad makes me mad.
Those saying it is a disease owe it to you and everyone thus-diagnosed to show you the abnormality (abnormality = disease) on some exam or test. That is the way scientific medicine works. Write the heads of the AACAP, APA, NIMH. They are the liars and frauds telling millions of normal persons they are abnormal = diseased = disordered. Having sold their souls to Big Pharma it is they who have betrayed you and the public at large.

He sounds like an uneducated blowhard. Uneducated in that he doesn't want to believe in facts other than what he feels is a conspiricy between doctors and companies... but ADHD was around before pharmaceuticals were ever around. Which is why people self medicated with alcohol, opium and other drugs available back in the day. Apparently, he needs to go back to school and look at it from our point of view. But of course, he won't, he'll just keep on as he is.
I'm sorry that he upset you.
I told him the positive effect they have had on my life and has not emailed a reply. He basically was check mated by the fact that I WENT TO THE DRUGS, they were not pushed on me. And the fact that I tried for 20 years to NOT use drugs to fix the problem, but alt therapy.
I had a very hard time directly as a result of his politics or those that push that agenda.
Anyway, I sent him the text from the (scientific proof) thread.

Neither Fred Baughman or his flunkies can debate for squat {or may other "S" word that comes to mind}

This is was such a weak argument I can't believe it has ever worked -

It doesn't take me long before they break off discussion and that is even if I write through some one else they do not like my very well - oh well can't please every one

Thats a lot of writing meadd. :) I used to get the adrenaline going in debate. For me that could be the most alive I would be in my day. For someone with my type of ADHD hypoactivity is a major life problem.
Now I wonder about all that time I spent writing. I wish you well meadd.:D
Just heard some youtube videos with this guy. To deny even the reality of ADHD paint him into a corner of total flake-a-tude. There is 6757 hits for studies that mention ADHD on pubmed.
