Dextroamphetamine is usually prepared as dextroamphetamine sulfate ("A pharmaceutical with a strength of 10 mg dextroamphetamine sulfate is 7.33mg dextroamphetamine." from wikipedia.)

Dexedrine and Dextrostat are both brand names for dextroamphetamine sulfate. Spansules are usually the Dexedrine brand, but are extended release. This means that some of the medication is released when you take it, the rest is released about 4 hours later.

Hope that helps. :)
