Why is it that you feel the immediate effects of Strattera when you take it? I also notice that I first take the medication and get a little burst of productivity and then it seems like I'm up and down. How does Strattera work? I know it's an SNRI. Why do you feel its effects immediately? Does it work in two ways, first immediately, then it builds up as a SNRI? Help please. Anyone know?

Don't have an answer for you but I kind of had the same experience. Immediate effects when I started taking it but they didn't last too long, maybe a week. It's been 10 weeks now at 60 mg and I feel like it's not working like it should.
