Unmedicated rightnow cause I have to go to my own house in a min for my cooolio methyllfenidate coated plastic tube containing some more of this great substance that will be released not in stomach but somewhere else in my little but highly efficient and environment friendly foodprocessingfactory...;)
Anyway, by now I'm 70% sure.
If this stuff works very good for attentionproblems it kills allergies right at the source! I'm gonna ask my doc if someone at univerisity hospital here can put me on machine to measure histamine levels with and without meds. I'm 70%(haha, well just dont wanna sound overconfident) sure they go down to level very close to average...
Also ADD+Atopic syndrome+polluted air is way worse than ADD+Atopic syndrome+hayfever.
Rightnow I have ADD+Atopic+poisoned air+hayfever and I cant even take my bike cause Ill be like 90 year old when I arive at my home 3km from here. Probably I can also walk up the hill at this side of town and it will feel like I dont even have hayfever(cause grass pollen are still quite low).
I'll get back to this. Anyone have some more info in meanwhile.....???
btw, did you know pseudo bacteria like ears? Not just those of kids still in process of crafting their imunesystem or termanally ill people with no immunesystem whatsoever but also of atopic humans sleeping and/or working in highly polluted air for longer period....
Ok, I'm off now(gonna take the bus) and for the sake of science, today I will take concerta+antihistamine for first time(pharmacy sais its ok). Not that I I need antihistamine when using concerta but just wanna check if concerta kills the terrible brainfog any antihistamine gives me.
Next thing will be time released antihistamine at night and only concerta during daytime.(24/7 methylfenidate seems unhealthy to me)
Lol!!!
Ever tried one of those inhalers that makes your lungs suck up even the worst pollution freely?
It feels like that, only without the strange sensation of inhaling some cold substance made up from tiny particles...;) Thats no joke! And the antihistamine fog, well, its there but hardly noticeable.
I have to add that being unmedicated from 8:30 to 12:30 makes meds feel better always but this is definately a great combo.
So this is what I took:
8:45: Good breakfast + Fishoil capsule
12:00: Banana
12:15: 1x54mg Concerta(time released methylfenidate) + 1x5mg Aerius(desloratadin)
Other people can post some results too maybe?
ps Never ever take medication that has not been prescribed and always ask both your doctor and pharmacy about using combinations of medication, even ones you do not need a prescription for!!!
Correction!
I quit the anti-histamines all-together. The real problem starts when taking them cause it has 10 times worse "rebound-effect" than methylfinidate and it actually causes the suffocating feeling I sometimes have when waking up in the morning.
Thats my experience ofcourse...
I quit the anti-histamines all-together.
I think that you're right
-*-
[over the -minus-4 weeks to -minus-8 weeks - I've switched from timed asthmatic attacks] ->
6am, 4pm, 10pm [suffocation from one's own phlegm covers this idea - kinda' like happens in cystic fibrosis, I guess]
---1--- the worst I'ver ever been - completely blocked
- just dripping mucous
---2--- passed through a stage where it felt as though my sinuses were cleaning themselves out of their own accord -
and into a bizarre new sense of smell
---3--- carbonated drinks dramatically increasing the allergic response
---4--- Daily 2-3 benadryl extra + cetirizine together
---5--- Skin which appeared to be drying to a crisp, electric bolts which sizzled kinda' like being pricked with around 50-100 needles (whilst walking up hill, sweating, washing)
<- [all of the above occurred between around 8 and 3 weeks ago]
[and then subsequently over the next 2 weeks (the immediately previous 2 weeks) or so] ->
---1--- less so but still dry skin [can't use soap]
---2--- no breathing disturbances or allergy [about the best I can remember being - usually when I'm out for a few hours + Mr. Doggy - regardless of the season -
I dribble phlegm]
---3--- no anti-histamines taken - a near complete cessation in use of salbutamol (even exercising)
---4--- far greater difficulty in maintaining attention (though not unpleasant at all) (despite meds)
- only far greater though when I'm not interested -
- otherwise as good as it has ever been -
- maybe better in some ways (wanting to think about subjects which I want to think about more than previously)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
really very much harder to focus when I'm being told to do something stupid or when they're doing something stupid
by my broadband supplier that although it's their fault - that I need to pay
or
by my credit card company that their charges aren't negotiable
or
by my car company - that although we've paid for the item and they didn't deliver it -
that's my fault and so 'tough'
- the only problem I have with ADD is people who believe the 'hype'
- are made to fear for their jobs if they tell the truth
and so steal
-<- corporate policy not AD(H)D-I)
here's an example
calls to France with Virgin Media
28 pence per minute
http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html/phone/callingcosts.html
calls to France with Call Happy
1 pence per minute
http://www.callhappy.co.uk/page6.htm
wtf???
tried it and Call Happy are great -
this isn't right -
- just add a few digits in front of the number and there's a >95% saving.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
---5--- elevated small joints of hand and feet inflammation -
handling a screwdriver is painful
---6--- loss of interest in coffee or any form of food or drink apart from citric acid [raspberry+orange juice] and lentils
nothing much else.
---7--- reduced sweatiness
- has always been worse with allergy
---8--- ultra sensitive to sound
A strange time over the last 4 weeks particularly (all in all).
Neglected to mention the hallucinations -
- can hear multiple pieces of music playing at the same time
- overlaid
- very (as I imagine) LSD
Neglected to mention the hallucinations -
which seem to be part of life these days and which are welcome respite when talking or on hold to any representative from any company.
To be fair - I'm pretty sure that they know that they're behaving like asses.
Anyway - they're on commission and need to pay their debt collectors off (I guess)
we make our own beds don't we -?-
