If I take my at 9:00 p.m. will it affect my sleep

If you have typical sleeping hours, yes it should. When I took 54 mg. of Concerta the latest I could take it was noon without having it affect my sleep.

Yes. Agree with Selby, 11 to noon is the absolute latest I should take mine, else it's gonna effect me in the evening.

its so different for everyone. this may sound weird but i take 54mg and i can feel the effects starting to fade away after 6 hours or so. (yawning, no more concentration)
