I am 21 years old and started strattera 40mg dose and supposed to up it to 80mg, i am on day 13 and today i noticed that i just couldn't get it up, i could last night no problems, but today nothing. does anyone know if this is constant so long as i take it, or a temporary thing.

It will go away when you stop taking Strattera. Unfortunately this is a really common side effect and is why a lot of people can't take strattera.

Call your doctor and tell him that you have really bad side effects.

so there is no chance this might just be a temporary thing that'll wear off over time

My experience was that it started after about 2 weeks on strattera and got worse with time.

QWith strattera you titrate up slowly over time. After a week at 18 mg, I upped the dose to 36 mg and I gradually developed problems that worsened over time.

Strattera just did not work out for me

i guess i am just going to watch it for now and if it gets worse then I'll drop this stuff
