I'm sure if I started my apartment could easily be covered with sticky notes!
I confine it to two areas in my house. I also have fridge magnets from all over the world.

At the moment 1/2 of my kitchen has became a sticky mess. And it's not from making brownines. All my notes to help me member to do something.
When it spills out of here I walk to my first bedroom and find 2 to 3 BIG tuperware containers that are all full of the same thing. STUFF
I want to get rid of my writing notes but If I do, what will happen to my brain???? How will I remember how to do my stuff.

Are you on the computer much - you can have virtual sticky notes on your computer...

I used to use sticky notes- but they were always falling off and ending up under the desk, fridge, or whatever they were stuck to and getting lint, hair, and other stuff stuck to them.
Now I have a chalkboard right next to the front door, with a piece of chalk on a string hanging from it. Works for me.

I would make sticky notes.... or write things down..................... but the problem is..... I forget to write things down to remind me to do things. :o
I'll write something down and forget to go back and read it! or I'll look at what I wrote down and not want to attend to whatever I wrote down.

I keep a big calander to write things in...
....I can look back and know what I had to do for the last 10 years.
without a calander...
a) I don't know what day it is
b) I don't know what i need to do
c) I loose sticky notes.

Notes, lists. I forget where I put the lists, the notes. I lose them. I try another method, like tape recordings. I then decide I don't want to listen to that because I don't like the sound of my voice on 'em. I just live randomly sometimes and hope I remember it all. I have a list at work that I put things on ALL the time. The thing is, I need to sit and read over the list now and then.
Sticky notes do fall off. I stick notes on my bathroom mirror sometimes, because even if it's in another place, if that place is surrounded by clutter I won't look at it anyway, or remember where that place is.
I'd need to write myself a note to do whatever it was I was going to do next, and then, when I'd be doing that, I'd need to stop and write myself another note about what I needed to do after that, and then I'd forget what I was doing before.
So...
What were we talking about?

I have to do lists at home.
But at work I'm the sticky note queen. I tried writing things I needed to do in a journal but I find the sticky notes work much more effectively. I write upto 30 of them every day because there are a hundred things that are on the go at once in my job.
Ahh where would we be without the good ol stickynotes ey!

In my golden days I once had a PA who stuck stickies on the back of the toilet door...
So when I sat there getting a load off my mind first thing in the morning what I had to do that day was staring me in the face.

no just because, I can't do written lists, I end up resenting them.
But, I did see an SUV covered in sticky notes today, it was bizarre but pretty funny!
