Hey,
I've had add for years and years but haven't been on medicine until within the past year. My doctor prescribed methylphenidate (20 mg) and my dosage is take 3 pills (60mg) and after five hours take 3 more as needed (NOT TO EXCEED 6 PILLS IN A DAY). I'm going to hold off on asking my doctor until I get some feedback. I read on the internet that the normal recommended dose is 20-30 mg a day, and I've been taking much more than that. I have not noticed any adverse side effects. I never exceed the dosage prescribed by my doctor. Does anyone have some input? I just really don't want to become tolerant or dependent, nor do I want to suffer any adverse reactions. Thanks in advance
