Ok, Well I have been taking Vyvanse for a few months now.
I started off on the 30MG for a week, then got bumped to the 50MG, then straight to the 70MG seeing as both did not work for me and wore off midday.

Well as I have been taking the 70MG of Vyvanse every morning at 6AM, I have noticed that it still wears off before school is out, which is odd because that would only be around 5-6 hours of it actually working for me.

I've also had a lot of negative effects while taking it, I've developed a few OCD Symptoms, I've been getting a lot of muscle aches, specifically in my neck and back area, I get headaches literally EVERY day, and sometimes I feel like i'm going to blackout when I stand up.

Well I recently went to the doctor about this and she switched me on over to Concerta 54MG if i'm not mistaken.

I'm getting my prescription filled right now, so I'll be taking my first one tomorrow morning.

I'm curious if anyone has had these problems before and why my medicine is wearing off so fast.

Also, does anyone have any ideas on how Concerta is going to make me feel?

30 mgs. No such F/X. Sorry about yours.

It most likely was not the right med for you. Since you're switching to Concerta... keep a med journal and keep us posted in that section on how you're doing and any changes you notice. Good luck!

Ok well today was my first day taking concerta..
I felt really out of it the first 2 hours.. and throughout the whole day i've just been feeling really weird, like i'm not acting like myself. (laughing, helping out, making jokes). I've just felt lazy and awkward.
is this just because it's my first day taking it or will I feel like this everyday?
