I posted in the Men with ADD, ADHD section a post that asks how can I ask for help, advice, support and understanding.

I'll do a similiar post here.

For those who have not read my other two posts, I encourage that you please do, but don't feel obligated.

I just want to ask the following questions:

How can I ask for help for my attitude, behavior, ADD?

How can I ask for support and understanding?

What do I need to do?

I think you need to find a way to control your anger.
The only advise I can give you is that you seek proffessional help.
Do you currently see a doctor? Therapist?
To get respect & understanding from others, you must also GIVE respect and understanding.

well yes I have a doctor, but thats for check-ups, flu shots and what have you. I do not have a therapist and its been suggested by another chatter that I do seek some kind of counseling.

And I can give understanding and respect to others, or at least I say I can...

I assure you... if you are willing to give others the respect & understanding they too deserve, they will do the same for you.

I advise that you to find a therapist.
