Hi,

My doctor just started Vyanse for me... I am taking 30mg to start but on 45mg on Tues and Wed and then 60 on Thurs and Fri.. and then we'll evaluate from there.

I'm really hoping this could fight the extreme fatigue from the Lithium. What do you think?

Also, any chance of weight loss-- lithium side effect again!!! Topomax is helping, but wouldn't mind the vyanse kicking in again, too.
