Interesting Idea. Ive read a book, that describes ad/hd as being right brained. The interesting point that I grabbed from my reading was that its not us or them who has something wrong. Its the way society is today. Mainly left brained thinkers organize school's, ect. The way they(left brained) do things, and the way they expect us(right brained) to do the same doesn't work for everyone.
Its clear as day what ad/hd is to me, being diagnosed a while back. After all the meds ect(which help) what it comes down to is finding *your* way of doing things. If you follow there(left brained) ways, you cannot 100% succeed. Your minds are not meant for that way of linear thinking.
At first I didn't want to have ad/hd, I thought is was REALLY bad. Everyones always told me I'm very smart, if I just do the work I would see that. Now I'm starting to grasp, what a wonderful gift is really is - all the bad. Learning to be comfortable and accepting adhd is one of the hardest parts next to finding ways to improve your ad/hd.
Just a thought
