aww hugs, Newf.. it's always tough losing a good friend. Nitro sounds like he was a wonderful canine to have around.

It's kind of wierd, I will need to post pictures, he was a puppy when not long before we had to put our newf, Widdaman, down. And Nitro was almost a senior when we goy Bentley.... I will try and post pictures tomorrow, he was really on great dog, who felt he was people. That said, people and customers came by to see him....

Rainbow Bridge Poem (http://www.rainbowbridge.com/Poem.htm)

If any are in need of support typing in pet loss dot com into a search engine should bring up a site of same name {I am unable to hyperlink directly due to guidelines} This site is strictly moderated for member support during such losses. I found the site to be very helpful when I lost Brat Kitten this last December. I just posted my memorial hyperlink there not long ago.

PS if my directions here suck PM me and I will send along necessary information in better English

Thanks Meadd, I look forward to meeting many pets and animals we have rescued over the years at the bridge!... I have read and many have said, heaven does not have animals or pets there.... If thats the case, I am going to be like Hank Williams Jr. I don't wanna go.....

Always so sad when an animal close to you passes.

Yes but all those who make those claims of animal absence have never been :D

I think lions lambs taking a nap together - which is about as close to the subject I dare go here lest I violate some guidelines then I will have to issue my self a warning {which confuses the heck out of the system }

I'm so sorry.
Not that it makes the loss smaller, but at least he was nine.
A good age for a boxer.

Still. It's a harsh one to "wake up to".

Rest in peace Nitro.
You did good, boy.

Sorry to hear about Nitro. He must have been a great dog.

(My personal opinion is that our animals will be in heaven when we get there. Otherwise, it would not be heaven.)

OHHHHHH NOOOOOO.

Our animals are extra-special because they give us unconditional love. They don't get mad when we forget to pick up food on the way home or can't bring ourselves to clean house unless someone's coming over. They're always there with a kiss and ready to play ball when it seems we're alone in the world. And they give us something manageable to focus on when everything else is going to hell.

Here's to you, Nitro. Good dog.
