So I'm staring here this afternoon blanky at the screen. I've had approx 3 weeks to get a start on this Performance Management tool and define my responsibilities, key goals, skills and development needs, and key goals and development for next year.

I'm flying overseas tommorow for a 1 week vacation and the blasted thing is due Thursday! And I'm sitting here staring at the first page and Alt-tabbing thru a ton of templates and "help" guides.

ARGH! Typical ADDer huh.

Useless busy work was never my forte either.
